Lisa Barlow, a Franco-American based in Paris, is a core member of the firm’s global Consumer & Retail Practice. She partners with multinational clients to recruit and develop leaders who will drive the global transformation of B2C and B2B2C sectors. Lisa also helps business leaders build purposeful, resilient, and inclusive teams to tackle today’s complex challenges more effectively. In particular, she advises management and supervisory boards on CEO succession, board and leadership-team effectiveness, as well as sustainability. She is a key member of the global Boar, Sustainability, and Diversity and Inclusion practices.
I am energized by trying to help leaders better define their intrinsic motivations and unleash their broader potential beyond what they have done in past roles, so they will be more fulfilled and impactful in their professional lives.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lisa was a Partner at Oliver Wyman in Europe. Earlier, she cofounded ASSET, a consultancy in San Francisco advising French companies on how to expand in the U.S. She also served in the Peace Corps in Senegal for three years.
Lisa has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Brown University. She attended the Lyçée Français de New York and earned a CEP from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. She is married to a French land artist, has three sons, and is passionate about projects that unite people, architecture, and images.
