Mathilde Cazenave, based in Paris, has deep expertise in luxury, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods. She is active in Egon Zehnder’s global Consumer Practice and advises clients on recruitment, board search, and leadership assessment and development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Mathilde was Senior Vice President of Retail and Franchise for Europe and the Middle East at Marc Jacobs International. Earlier, she spent a decade at Louis Vuitton and at LVMH’s fashion division, spanning retail operations, finance, and corporate strategy. Mathilde began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, where she focused on the consumer goods and luxury industries.
Mathilde has an MA in business economics with a major in finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. When not working, she enjoys design, contemporary art, and gatherings with friends and family.
