Dennis Ku, based in Shanghai and Hong Kong, works closely with global and Chinese consumer and industrial companies. Deeply experienced in technology and new media, he is a trusted advisor on organizational structures for globalization, the talent landscape in Asia-Pacific, and corporate governance in China. Dennis also provides executive coaching. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Technology and Communications, and Executive Assessment and Development practices.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Dennis was the President of Teleweb, a large privately held customer-management outsourcing and consulting firm headquartered in Beijing. Before that, he served as the Vice President of Sales and then President of Hong Kong Toy Center. Earlier, Dennis was the Finance Manager of Phoenix Leasing Inc., a technology leasing company with more than $1 billion in assets.
Dennis earned a BS (with honors) in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. The Shanghai government appointed Dennis to serve as Senior Advisor to the Working Committee of the First International Advisory Board Meeting of Xuhui District. In his spare time, Dennis also helps charitable organizations master their leadership succession challenges.
