Everyone benefits when strong, well-intended, effective leaders have the opportunity to make their mark on business and organizations. I can’t think of a better job than helping to foster such leaders and seeing them take on important roles.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jacob was the President and CEO of Stille AB, a publicly traded, vertically integrated surgical-products firm with global operations. That was preceded by various roles at Gambro, a global leader in dialysis products, including Vice President of Strategic Accounts and In-Center Care Marketing for the Americas, based in Colorado, and Global Key Account Manager, based in Sweden. Earlier, he was the Head of Group Business Control with Green Cargo. Jacob began his career as a Management Consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
Jacob earned a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, where he also participated in an international exchange program with the MBA program of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is a graduate of the Swedish Armed Forces Language Academy in Uppsala. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys cooking as well as spending time with his wife and three children, not the least traveling and sharing experiences. He is also an avid skier.
