Jarosław Bachowski, Egon Zehnder’s office leader in Warsaw, brings over 20 years of consulting experience, serving clients in the financial services, private equity, technology, and consumer sectors across Central and Eastern Europe. He is a trusted advisor on CEO succession, as well as CXO mandates, including search and development of existing leaders. Jarosław is also deeply experienced in nonexecutive director search and corporate governance/board advisory mandates. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Private Capital, Technology and Communications, Industrial, Financial Services, CEO, and Executive Assessment and Development practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jarosław was with McKinsey & Company, where he consulted leading global and Polish companies on matters of growth, strategy, and organization. He started his career with International Paper as one of the company’s first Warsaw employees, specializing in business development, transactions, and marketing.

Jarosław earned an MSc from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
