Christina Iten

Christina’s primary focus lies in assessment, coaching and development, being appreciated by her clients for creating an environment of trust and understanding, which helps them to unleash their potential and bring their performance to another level. While she enjoys focusing on the individual, she also likes to expand her attention beyond the individual. Christina began her career at Egon Zehnder in Executive Search where she served several national and multinational clients, mainly working on searches within the industrial sector.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Christina worked for a large Swiss bank, where she built up their strategic sourcing department and was also a member of their HR Team. Before that, she worked for a consulting firm and served both local and international industrial and technology clients from their Zurich office.

Christina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and an MBA, both from the University of Zurich. Outside work, Christina is passionate about doing sports, especially running, yoga, skiing and hiking, as well as spending time with her family.
