CHICAGO, October 08, 2015 – Egon Zehnder, a global leader in executive search and leadership advisory services, is proudly partnering with Northwestern University on the fifth annual Kellogg Marketing Leadership Summit. This year’s theme, Cultural Transformation for Growth in the Digital Age, will take place over two days, featuring presentations and panel discussions with CEOs, senior marketing leaders and thought leaders.
“We will be delving into how companies can evaluate their current culture and frame a strategy to achieve and align upon a desired culture that supports the brand in the marketplace.”
At this year’s summit, Egon Zehnder’s Rory Finlay, Head of U.S. Consumer Practice and Co-Head Marketing Officer Practice and former consultant Dick Patton will lead a discussion on the role of the chief marketing officer in transforming corporate culture.
“Marketers are directly responsible for brand perception in the marketplace, which can be significantly impacted by an organization’s culture,” said Finlay.
“Organizational culture can be a powerful brand marketing tool,” added Patton. “We will be delving into how companies can evaluate their current culture and frame a strategy to achieve and align upon a desired culture that supports the brand in the marketplace.”
