Rohithari Rajan leads Egon Zehnder’s Digital Practice in the Asia Pacific region and its Media, Consumer, and Retail Practice in India.


Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rohit was a Principal in the New Delhi office of Bain & Company, where he advised clients across consumer products, retail, healthcare, private equity, and telecom in organizational and growth strategies, go-to-market strategies, and new business development. Previously, Rohit worked with Unilever in India, where he helped set up Project Shakti, a rural business. He also worked as a rural specialist with the United Nations Development Program in New York.

Rohit earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and studied economics at Hindu College, Delhi University. He frequently contributes articles on business development in emerging markets to leading business and academic publications, including a Harvard Business School case study. Rohit is also the author of a short novel set in rural India.
