ONS 2026 Breakfast Panel

What is courage? How does it show up in today’s leaders and industry builders? Why does it matter? And what else needs to be true to ignite courage in organisations that shape the future of tomorrow?

These are some of the questions we will explore with Anders Opedal and Nick Walker, joined by a third speaker who will be announced shortly, as part of Egon Zehnder and Thommessen’s breakfast panel during ONS on 25 August 2026.

Before the session, we will also invite guests to reflect on two questions:

1. What does courage mean to you?
2. What needs to be true for you to be courageous?
3. Where do you see courage making the greatest difference in how leaders shape the future of the energy sector?

These reflections will help shape the conversation in the room and create a shared starting point for the discussion. This gathering offers an opportunity for meaningful reflection and shared learning among senior leaders navigating transition, complexity, and the responsibility of building the energy sector for the future.
