Ian Bolin, based in Atlanta and Detroit, leads Egon Zehnder’s Global Industrial Practice, which spans the key segments of Automotive, Chemical, Energy, Mining & Metals and Machinery. He is a trusted advisor to clients across the globe and has a special passion for working with industry disruptors. Ian draws on more than 20 years of automotive industry experience to conduct executive and board searches, CEO succession planning, management assessments and bespoke consulting.
I’ve always admired the role industrial companies play in powering economies and communities. Partnering with them to build and develop leadership teams that advance that impact is the most rewarding part of my work.
