As Senior Expert with Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Solutions Team, he is a respected advisor to MNCs, SOEs, and private Chinese companies. His specialties include organizational development, talent management, organizational culture change, and coaching senior leaders.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chris was the Managing Director of Operations and a key member of the executive team of a Chinese property development company. Before that he was the VP of Human Resources in China with Swiss Re. Earlier, Chris spent several years as a consultant with Mercer and Personnel Decisions International. He launched his career in central government.
Chris earned a doctorate in work and organizational psychology from Stockholm University. He is also a certified coach with credentials for a long list of psychometric tools. Chris is passionate about social innovation and technology, business as a force for good, and tapping human potential.
