Imran Saleem is the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder Middle East. He has been in the region since 2006 and has worked extensively with private and public sector clients across a variety of topics including Board consulting and advisory, succession planning, leadership assessment, development and coaching, and executive search. Imran has worked with the leading banks, family businesses, and other government related entities in the region. He also leads the Board Practice, as well as co-leads the Financial Services Practice in the Middle East.
Solving challenging client issues in this dynamic region energizes me and has resulted in meaningful relationships and long-standing partnerships.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Imran held a number of senior-level positions in Toronto, London, and Dubai, including Associate Partner in Financial Services at PwC, Associate Partner in Financial Services at IBM, and Engagement Director at Everest Group.
Imran has a BA from Lewis & Clark College and is a Fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is passionate about education in the developing world, health, food, and travel.
