Imran Saleem is the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s Middle East Practice and has been in the region since 2006. In this dynamic and multicultural environment, he works with financial institutions, family business, real estate companies, and sovereign wealth funds to address complex talent and board matters. Imran also leads Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Financial Officers practices in the Middle East, where he provides executive search, board assessments, leadership assessment, and development support for his clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Imran held a number of senior-level positions in Toronto, London, and Dubai, including Associate Partner in Financial Services at PwC, Associate Partner in Financial Services at IBM, and Engagement Director at Everest Group.
Imran has a BA from Lewis & Clark College and is a Fellow at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is passionate about education in the developing world, health, food, and travel.
