Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anja-Maria was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, handling a wide range of challenging assignments across the globe with a focus on strategic and organizational topics.
Anja-Maria first studied economics at the University of Bonn before spending semesters abroad at the Copenhagen Business School and the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid and then completing a Diplom-Kauffrau business degree as well as a Master of International Management at the University of Cologne. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and watching her children grow and develop.

Anja-Maria Klodwig hat VWL an der Universität Bonn und BWL an der Universität Köln studiert und einen Teil ihres Studiums an der Copenhagen Business School und der Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid absolviert. Sie ist Diplom-Kauffrau und hat einen Master of International Management.
