Raymond Bassoulet has been Egon Zehnder’s office leader in Paris from 2012 to 2019 and led Egon Zehnder’s global Services Practice from 2004 to 2012. He has deep expertise in CEO and executive search for hotels, leisure, transport, and logistics clients. He also guides CFO searches for listed and family-owned companies. Raymond is active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO, Financial Officers, and Private Equity practices, as well as the firm’s Family Business Advisory Practice.

In order to help my clients face an increasingly demanding business world, I help them better understand how they want to transform their companies and grow.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Raymond was a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with M2I-Stratorg and Mars & Co. in Paris. Previously, he was a Financial Auditor for Coopers & Lybrand.

Raymond has an MA in business economics from HEC in Paris. In his spare time, he loves traveling to Latin America and Southern Africa, skiing, and going to the ballet.
