Egon Zehnder Appoints Lindsay Trout and Hana Habayeb as Co-Leaders of Global Technology & AI Practice Group

ZURICH –– September 15, 2025 –– Egon Zehnder, the premier global leadership advisory and executive search firm, today announced the appointment of Lindsay Trout (Palo Alto) and Hana Habayeb (Middle East) as co-leaders of the firm’s Global Technology & AI Practice Group, effective September 1. Trout and Habayeb succeed Silvia Rapallo (Rome) and Eric Anderson (Atlanta), who have successfully led the group through a period of remarkable transformation in the technology sector.

Lindsay Trout, based in Silicon Valley, joined the firm in 2010 and is widely recognized for her innovative, entrepreneurial approach and deep understanding of the global technology ecosystem. A former member of the firm’s Executive Committee, she has spearheaded strategic initiatives across the organization while maintaining a strong presence with founders and other clients in the heart of the tech industry.

Hana Habayeb, based in the Middle East, is a respected leader in the Technology and Communications & Connectivity sectors, which she co-led for the EMEA region. Known for her ability to build strong communities and drive commercial growth, she brings a track record of expanding market reach and fostering international collaboration.

Under Rapallo and Anderson’s leadership, the Technology Practice (today the Technology & AI Practice) navigated seismic industry shifts, from the rapid rise of artificial intelligence to the growing demand for future-ready leadership, while delivering high-profile CEO succession engagements, leadership advisory services, and board-level assignments for some of the world’s most prominent technology companies. Rapallo will continue to strengthen the firm’s leadership advisory capabilities for corporate and private capital-backed companies in digital infrastructure and tech services, while Anderson will focus on global fintech and private equity work, alongside the firm’s AI initiatives.
