What next, now that everything's changed?

A six-part series on HR and New Work

Seldom have Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) been as vital to the success of their organizations as they are today. Rarely did their challenges change as quickly as during the pandemic. Organizing mobile work while maintaining and developing a sense of belonging, team spirit and data security is just the tip of the iceberg.

Through countless conversations and workshops with CHROs and other executives, as well as our day-to-day work, we have analyzed numerous other challenges – and solutions – for human resource management.

With this series of articles, we will provide insights into successful leadership, maintaining mental stability, organizing hybrid culture and agility, or trade-offs between individual solutions and systemic approaches in contemporary HR departments.

Security, stability, physical and mental well-being – all of these took on a new dimension as a result of the pandemic. Those who want to keep skilled workers, build teams and unleash the full potential of the workforce must face these challenges and find answers, because: Our working world will never look the same as it did before the pandemic.

In this series of articles, you will find inspiration and ideas for solutions to meet the new requirements and, moreover, to proactively shape your work culture in a positive way.
