Leaders & Daughters

Leaders & Daughters is a global initiative by Egon Zehnder. Created in 2015, it was born with a simple and powerful purpose: to create a safe and genuine space for dialogue between generations about leadership, career choices, and life paths. 

Since its first edition in London, the gathering has grown into a global movement, bringing together leaders who choose to share their stories with an audience of girls and young women who are beginning to shape their view of the world, their careers, and their future.
