ZURICH, March 21, 2023 — Egon Zehnder, the world’s preeminent leadership advisory firm, has announced strong financial results for its Fiscal Year 2022, which ended Oct. 31, 2022. The Firm had an impressive year of revenue growth, increasing the number of consultants globally and adding offices in both Cologne and Dublin.
During the fiscal year 2022, Egon Zehnder reported global revenues of CHF 883 million, a 12 percent increase at constant exchange rates over FY 2021. The Firm's continued success can be attributed to holistic leadership advisory services including discovering and developing leaders, shaping leadership successions, helping boards advance their practices as well as the Firm’s dedication to its clients and candidates.
To meet those needs, the Firm grew the number of consultants to 567, all of whom are dedicated to helping leaders across industries and regions navigate today’s complex questions with human answers. As part of the annual partner election process, Egon Zehnder elected a diverse class of new partners in January 2023, with a broad array of backgrounds and areas of expertise, reinforcing Egon Zehnder’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and creating a workplace where difference is valued and embraced.
