ZURICH, March 13, 2024 – Egon Zehnder, the world’s preeminent leadership advisory firm, reports global revenues of USD 862.7 million (CHF 792 million) for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2023.
To deliver on its purpose of leadership for a better world, Egon Zehnder added new consultants, continuing its long-standing practice of hiring operators with deep industry and functional expertise, ending the fiscal year 2023 with 600 consultants. The Firm also grew its number of offices, opening a Pacific Northwest Office in Seattle with a second office to open in Vancouver in 2024. Two additional offices are expected to open in 2024—in Basel and Riyadh. In other markets, Egon Zehnder marked longevity, with Tokyo and Australia both celebrating 50 years of serving clients.
Egon Zehnder remained focused on maintaining a strong culture of generosity and inclusivity, with 2023 marking the Firm’s highest internal engagement score and an expansion of employee resource groups.
