On May 9th, 2018, Egon Zehnder Jakarta hosted 29 prominent leaders and their daughters or mentees for a dinner and discussion about how to promote women in leadership positions in South-East-Asia. The Egon Zehnder team and guests listened to a presentation on Gender Equality in Asian Corporate Leadership by Professor Vinika D. Rao, an active researcher and speaker on gender diversity in corporate leadership, generational influences in the workplace, and emerging markets strategy. Professor Rao shared some key findings on the gender gap in leadership as well as some recommendations on what can change.
