Leaders & Daughters 2021

About the Event

On October 26th, 2022, Egon Zehnder hosted a new version of our Leaders & Daughters event in Santiago, bringing together over 140 guests, including leaders and daughters, for an evening conversation.

The event was moderated by Cristina Manterola, a Partner of the firm and new Office Leader of the Southern cone office. As guests we had a panel composed by four recognized woman leaders in Chile:

The conversations were very interesting and encouraging for us and our guests. We are very grateful for your participation, and hope that together we can empower our new leaders to be themselves and influence our families, friends, businesses, government among others.

Many thanks for being part of this community that wants to work in order to close the gap and bring the same opportunities to every professional.
