About the Event

On October 26th, 2022, Egon Zehnder hosted a new version of our Leaders & Daughters event in Santiago, bringing together over 140 guests, including leaders and daughters, for an evening conversation.

The event was moderated by Cristina Manterola, a Partner of the firm and new Office Leader of the Southern cone office. As guests we had a panel composed by four recognized woman leaders in Chile: 

The discussions sparked during the event were not only captivating but also incredibly motivating for us and our guests. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your invaluable participation. Sandra Guazzotti

Executive of Argentine nationality based in Chile. Today she is Head of Google Cloud for different countries in Latin America. She has worked most of her career in the Information Technology market, contributing to global development in the IT and financial sectors

Carolina Samsing

Journalist from Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the Babson School of Business. Since last year Carolina has been CEO of Nubox, a Chilean technology scaleup specialized in the management of SMEs, which has been growing at around 40% per year in recent years.

María José O'shea

Journalist from Universidad de Los Andes Chile and has dedicated her professional career to the media. She is currently the editor of La Tercera Domingo and host of Terapia Chilensis of Radio Duna.

Manuela Urroz

Lawyer from Universidad Católica de Chile and also a field hockey player on the national team. Manuela has been part of Chile's junior and senior national teams. She has also played in Europe for several years and this 2022 she participated, along with Las Diablas, in the first World Cup in her history.
