In 2025, Egon Zehnder proudly hosted a Leaders & Daughters event in Switzerland, bringing together CEOs and C-level leaders alongside their daughters, sisters, and mentees for an evening of meaningful conversation on advancing gender equality. Partnering with Advance – Gender Equality in Business and hosted at Accenture Switzerland, the evening featured a program of panel discussions, breakout sessions, and a networking dinner focused on inspiring the next generation of female leaders in Swiss business.
