Chief Product Officers (CPOs) play a crucial role in organizations, overseeing the strategic management of products and helping the organization to focus on the customer. They are responsible for setting the product vision, overseeing its development, ensuring the right go to market strategy and constantly iterating for further success.

The Interviewer: Judith Pertl

Judith advises clients in Austria and Europe on filling executive management and supervisory board positions, development of individuals and teams and the transformation of organizations. Her focus lies on the technology and industrial sector, as well as executive search for commercial and technical positions and their interfaces.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Judith held various management positions in the context of digitalization at A1 Telekom, Red Bull and Styria Media. She dealt with transformation in industry, e-commerce and the media sector.

Judith earned a master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Alberta, with a minor in philosophy at the University of Vienna. When not working she enjoys playing tennis, running, and skiing, reading fiction and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
