In 2019, we celebrate five years of convening Leaders & Daughters events, aimed to address the needs and requirements of the next generation of female leaders. We have brought together more than 6,000 leaders, daughters and mentees through our 85 events around the world.
Since our first Leaders & Daughters event in London in 2015, we have expanded our program to as many as 40 events in one year. Many of the events run in March in conjunction with International Women’s Day. We hope that these important conversations will help to create more opportunities for the female leaders of tomorrow.

We surveyed more than 2,500 women and men men at various leadership stages and from seven countries—Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We asked them how they defined great leadership, the importance of a diverse organization, and how they prioritize and balance their professional and personal lives.
